RE-ORDER CHECKS | |

- You must log into DataNet and click on the account for which you would like to re-order checks. On the "Account Details" page, in the menu bar that appears on the left hand side of the screen, click on the option - "Reorder Checks." On the Reorder checks page, the first option says "Click to Reorder Checks...." Proceed with this option and follow the directions to fill out the online form.

| | To become a DataNet user, simply click on the link and complete the secure DataNet Services Application provided.

| | The Primary Member/Owner (not Joint Owner, but the name that appears first on your statement) is the only person authorized to request service and sign this DataNet Service Application for an account. When we receive your application, we'll "set-up" your Credit Union account for inquiry access. At that time a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided with further login instructions. After your first login, you will be forced to change your PIN, and at that point you will be able to perform monetary transactions such as transfer funds, make payments or request a check.

| | Keep in mind that if you have a joint owner on only your base share savings account and you share your PIN with that person, they will have full access to all of your accounts on DataNet, and therefore, be able to perform transactions. You will assume full liability for any losses you may incur if you give your PIN to anyone. These policies are the same ones that are in place for our Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and are for your safety. | |
